Indian Navy invites Online applications from Unmarried Male Indian Citizens and subjects of Nepal and Bhutan for enrollment as Stewards, Chefs and Hygienists for MR/NMR – Oct 2017 (02/2017) Batch Course commencing October 2017. Age Limit :-

17 to 21 years as on 01.10.2017 i.e. candidate should be born between 01 Oct 1996 and 30 Sep 2000 (Both days inclusive)

Educational Qualification:-

• Matric Recruits (MR) Entry

1. Steward – Matric (10th Class Pass)
2. Chef – Matric (10th Class Pass)

• Non Matric Recruits (NMR) Entry

3. Hygienist – 06th Class Pass

Physical Standards:-

Selection/Recruitment Procedure:-

Selection/Recruitment Process will consist of, Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination. Candidates will be shortlisted for the tests State-wise on the basis of percentage of marks. Candidates declared qualified in Written test will undergo PFT and Medical Examination (Preliminary). Thereafter, a Merit list will be prepared of those candidates who qualify in all respects depending upon the available vacancies.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT) :-

PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run in 07 minutes, 20 Squat ups  and 10 Push-ups.

Eligible and desirous candidates are required to apply online for Indian Navy MR/NMR Batch 02/2017 through the official website  from 19 December 2016 to 02 January 2017. After registration of application form online, send printout of application form along with 01 self-addressed envelope of size 22×10 Cms with Rs.10/ stamp and self-attested copies of required documents as matriculation certificate, mark sheet, domicile & NCC Certificate (if any) by Ordinary Post at the following address.
