Educational qualification:
- AVSEC qualified candidates: Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language. Must possess BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern).
Preferable: BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (Valid Certification)
- Non-AVSEC candidates: Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
Preferable: NCC „B‟/‟C‟ Certificate Proficiency in Fire fighting , Knowledge of Industrial Security ,Knowledge in Disaster Management , Knowledge of unarmed combat , Legal knowledge , Armed forces/Police backgrounds ,Diploma/Certification course in Computers

- AVSEC qualified candidates:Selection will be made on the basis of interview
- Non-AVSEC candidates: Selection will be made on the basis Written Test,PET,Interview
Pay scale:
- 18,360/- per month. Rs.1000/- for BASIC AVSEC and Rs.1500/- for X-BIS will be paid as applicable.
