Salary & Benefits:
In addition to Basic Pay, the Executives are eligible for Industrial DA as applicable, HRA @ of 20% of Basic pay, Perks upto 49 % of Basic Pay, Contributory Provident Fund Scheme, Accident Insurance coverage, Reimbursement of Medical expenses under the Contributory Medical Insurance policy, Leave encashment, Performance Payment etc as admissible. Table below indicates the CTC at the minimum of scale as on date:

Age Limit:
Candidates age should be not exceed 50 years for post-1(a), 53 years for post-1(b), 35 years for post-2 as on 28-06-2017. Age relaxation is applicable by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy-Layer), 5 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have Degree and pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India for post-1 (a), Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering with one year Graduation Marine Engineering course for post-1 (b) with minimum of 60% marks, Degree and pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India or Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance with a minimum of 55% marks for post-2 from a recognized University with relevant experience.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Group discussion & personal interview for post-1, written test & personal interview for post-2.
