Educational qualification & Experience:
- Assistant Cook: SSLC or equivalent AND . One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
Work Experience:Minimum 1 year as Cook/Assistant Cook in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.
- Receptionist: Pre-degree or Plus TwoCraft Certificate in Front Office Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala. Work Experience:Minimum 2 years as Front office Assistant/Receptionist in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.
- Kitchen Matey: SSLC or equivalent One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
Work Experience:Minimum 1 year as Assistant Chef/Comis/Cook/Assistant Cook in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.
- Cook: SSLC or equivalent One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala / IHMCT, Government of India OR One year Diploma in Cookery/Food Production from IHMCT, Government of India
Work Experience:Minimum 2 years as Cook/Assistant Cook in Hotels with 2 star classification and above. - House Keeping Staff: SSLC or equivalent Hotel Accommodation Operation Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala OR Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation from IHMCT, Government of India
Work Experience:Minimum 6 months as House Keeping in Hotels with 2 star classification and above. - Waiter/Food & Beverages Staff/Restaurant Service: Pre-degree or Plus Two One year Food and Beverages Service Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala OR One year Diploma in Food and Beverages Service from IHMCT, Government of India
Work Experience:Minimum 2 years as Waiter/Butlet/Captain in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.
Age limit:
- 18-35 Years

Stipend:
- Rs 660/- Per day
