- Asst.Manager (P&A): Two Years’ Full time MBA/ MSW with specialization in HR or Two Years’ Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
- Engineer (Materials/Procurement): B. Tech (Mech/ ECE/ EEE)
- Engineer (E&D): B. Tech (Electrical/ EEE)
- Senior Engineer (Marketing): Candidates with B. Tech (Electronics/ Electrical) with 2 Years’ Full Time MBA specialized in Marketing, or 2 years’ Full Time MBA (Marketing).
- Manager (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) or B. Tech (ECE/ EEE) with MBA (Marketing).
- Asst.Manager (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) OR B. Tech (ECE/ EEE)
- Supervisor –I (Production): Diploma (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical)
Selection Process :
The selection process will be based on academic qualifications and experience and will also include written test/ skill test/ group discussion and/or interview .

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs.250/- through Demand Draft in favour of Keltron Component Complex Ltd. payable at Kannur. There will be no application fee for SC/ST candidates are exempted from such payment of processing fee.
