Eligibility Criteria:

  • CGM :– 
    • Graduate from a Recognised University
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
  • GM Risk and Compliance :– 
    • Chartered Accountant from ICAI is
    • Minimum 9 years of experience
  • AGM (Human Resource Management)
    • MBA ( HR) from a recognised University.
    • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • Senior Manager :–
    • Graduation from a recognised university.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR
  •  Manager (Training):-
    • Graduation from a recognised university.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.

Age Limit:

  • CGM :– 35 years-55 years.
  • GM Risk and Compliance :–35 years-55 years.
  • AGM :-32 years-50 years.
  • Senior Manager :-26 years-55 years.
  • Manager :– 23 years-55 years.

Pay scale:

  • CGM :235,000 Per month
  • GM Risk and Compliance :160,000 per month
  • AGM :106,000 per month
  • Senior Manager :83,000 per month
  • Manager :–83,000 per month

Application Fee:

  • SC/ST/PWD – Rs. 150/-
  • All Others – Rs. 700/-
