Eligibility Criteria:
- CGM :–
- Graduate from a Recognised University
- Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
- GM Risk and Compliance :–
- Chartered Accountant from ICAI is
- Minimum 9 years of experience
- AGM (Human Resource Management)
- MBA ( HR) from a recognised University.
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Senior Manager :–
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR
- Manager (Training):-
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Age Limit:
- CGM :– 35 years-55 years.
- GM Risk and Compliance :–35 years-55 years.
- AGM :-32 years-50 years.
- Senior Manager :-26 years-55 years.
- Manager :– 23 years-55 years.
Pay scale:
- CGM :235,000 Per month
- GM Risk and Compliance :160,000 per month
- AGM :106,000 per month
- Senior Manager :83,000 per month
- Manager :–83,000 per month
