Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers Producers Company Limited has released recruitment notification for the post of Poultry Farm Supervisor ,Production Manager, Legal Consultant, External Auditor and Administration Manager under Kerala Chicken Project for one year on contract basis. About Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers Producers Company Limited: It is a project promoted by Government of Kerala to create availability of quality broiler chicken meat at reasonable price to consumers throughout Kerala under the brand name Kudumbashree Kerala Chicken. Under this project, Government of Kerala envisages establishing Broiler chicken farms throughout Kerala with the support of Kudumbashree network, establishment of infrastructure viz., Breeder units, hatcheries feed supply units, abattoirs, blast freezers, rendering plants, cold storages and marketing under the brand name “Kerala Chicken- produced by Kudumbashree” and sales through existing supermarkets and new out lets of Kudumbashree members.. The entire stages will be managed by Kudumbashree members individually or jointly with the support of Kudumbashree ADS, CDS and Kudumbashree District and State Mission.

Educational Qualification:

Poultry Farm Supervisor: Degree in Poultry production & Business management or Diploma in Poultry Production and Basic computer knowledge
Production Manager: BVSc Graduate with 2 year experience (Those with experience in poultry will be given priority)
Legal Consultant: The candidate must possess LLB degree from a recognized Indian University. LLM qualified preferable
External Auditor: Qualified Practicing Chartered Accountant / Firm
Administration Manager: Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA with HR Management) & Kudumbashree Experience is mandatory.

Selection process:

The candidates shall be selected on the basis of written test and interview by the designated team for the purpose. The qualified candidates shortlisted for examination will be intimated on examination centre via email.
