Cochin Port Trust has released the notification for the recruitment of Telephone Operator/ Signaller Cum-VHF Operator (Class – III) vacancies on contract basis. Candidates who have completed 12th Standard or equivalent pass, GMDSS Certificate issued by Ministry of Communication and Information technology, GOI, Pass in Diploma in Computer Application are Eligible to apply for Telephone Operator vacancy in Cochin Port Trust Recruitment 2017.Eligible Candidates can apply on or before 22-03-2017.

Educational Qualification:
- (i) 12th std. or equivalent pass
- (ii) Must possess GMDSS Certificate issued by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, GOI.
- (iii) Pass in Diploma in Computer Application.
- (iv) Must have fluency in speaking & writing English & Hindi.
- (v) Preference will be given who have undergone ROC and ARPA, (DG approved) courses.
Age Limit:
- Candidates maximum age should be 35 years as on 22-03-2017.
- Age Relaxation for SC, ST Candidates as per Govt. Rules.
Pay scale:
Consolidated pay of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month, on contract basis for a period of one year.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the Basic of their Performance on Written Test and Interview.
