Age Limit and Relaxation:

» Vice President : Between 26 Years to 40 Years
» Product Development Managers : Between 24 Years to 32 Years
» Senior Manager : Between 24 Years to 35 Years
» Manager : Between 22 Years to 32 Years
» Assistant Vice President : Between 25 Years to 35 Years

The upper Age Limit will be relaxed by 05 Years for SC/ST and 03 Years for OBC Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Vice President (Online Fulfillment/ Integration and Journeys/ Superstore Fulfillment) : MBA in Finance/ Marketing or equivalent Degree from reputed Institute. Candidates those possess BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology will get preference with 05 Years experience in the relevant field.

Product Development Managers (e2e Digitization) : B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics from reputed University or Institute. MBA Degree possessing candidates will get preference with 03 Years Post-qualification relevant experience.

Senior Manager & Manager (e-Commerce) : B.E./ B.Tech graduate from a reputed University or Institute recognized by Government. With 03 Years experience for the Post of Senior Manager and 01 Year for Manager Posts.

Assistant Vice President (Customer Experience) MMGS III : B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics from reputed University or Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA Degree with minimum 04 Years relevant experience in Business to Customer dealings.

Assistant Vice President (B2C Marketplace Acquisition) MMGS III : B.E./BTech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics from reputed University or Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA Degree with minimum 04 Years relevant experience in Business to Customer dealings.

Assistant Vice President (B2B Fulfillment) MMGS III : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics from reputed University or Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA Degree with minimum 04 Years relevant experience in Business to Business dealings.

Assistant Vice President (B2C Fulfillment) MMG III : B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics from reputed University or Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA Degree with minimum 04 Years relevant experience in Business to Costumer dealings.

Pay Scale:

• Remuneration offered will be on CTC basis and is negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the respective posts.
• The positions at Sr. No 5 to 9 are on regular basis in the Scale of MMGS-III. Pay scale: ` 42020- 1310/5- 48570- 1460/2- 51490, which is reckoned for DA, HRA and superannuation benefits. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be short-listed based on their past academic records and experience Level. The short-listed candidates will be called for the Personal Interview Session. The final selection of the candidates will be based on performance in the Interview conducted by the competent authority.
