Educational qualification:

Educational Qualification for the each posts are shown below;

  • Office Attendant: Pass in VII Standard and up to XII Standard.
  • Housekeeping Staff: Pass in V Standard and below SSLC.

Age limit:

  • Office Attendant: The upper age limit prescribed for the post shall not exceed 30 years as on 31 August
    2022. i.e. applicants should be born on or after 01 September 1992.
  • Housekeeping Staff: The upper age limit prescribed for the post shall not exceed 30 years as on 31 August
    2022. i.e. applicants should be born on or after 01 September 1992.

Note: The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates & 5 years for SC candidates in posts reserved for them.
The upper age limit shall be relaxable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) & Ex-servicemen as per Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 45 years.

Remuneration:

  • Office Attendant: 20,200 per month + 3,600 Compensation for Extra Hours of Work (per month)
  • Housekeeping Staff: 15000 per month.

The method of selection can be summarized as;

Sweeper: The selection process will comprise of Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the Personal Interview based on the administrative requirements. The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in the selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates. Eligible candidates have to appear for the Personal Interview at their own expenses at the venue and date notified by the Bank. Bankman: The recruitment process comprises of various stages, which includes Aptitude Test and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The initial short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test.
