(#) – Approximate monthly CTC Calculated at the start of the scale inclusive of Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance & other allowances at “A” Category Cities. In addition to the above, the Officer would be entitled to a Performance Pay as per criteria defined by IPPB from time to time. The Officers are also entitled to retirement and terminal benefits as per the policy defined by IPPB.
Age Limit:
Candidates age limit should be between 26 to 35 years (The candidate should be born not before 02-09-1981 and not later than 01-09-1990 both dates inclusive) for Sr Manager & 23 to 35 years (The candidate should be born not before 02-09-1981 and not later than 01-09-1993 both dates inclusive) for Manager as on 01-09-2016. Age relexation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.
For the Scale I Officer Posts, Candidates age limit should be between 20 – 30 years (The candidate should be born not before 02-09-1986 and not later than 01-09-1996 both dates inclusive) as on 01-09-2016. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Graduation from University/Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body for Post No. 01 to 13, Chartered Accountant (Intermediate) from ICAI or MBA in Finance from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ International University of repute (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body for Post No. 14 & 15 and other qualification details refer the notification (See Notification Below).
For the Scale I Officer Posts, Candidates should possess Graduation from University/ Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection will be made on the basis of an online test and/ or an interview. However, depending on the number of applications the selection process may be carried out only on the basis of an interview or a Group Discussion and an interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection (online test, Group Discussion and / or interview).

How to Apply:
- Candidates can apply online only from 4th October 2016 to 25th October 2016 for the Scale I Officer Posts
- Candidates can apply online only from 7 th October, 2016 to 1st November, 2016 for the Scale II & III Officer Posts
